Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

All orders take a minimum of 7 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.


For all our deliveries, we maintain a standard shipping fee of $30.00 which is payable at the time of order placement. This charge is included within the final price of all our garments.

TheHLabel insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by TheHLabel and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Our packages are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. RETURN POLICY accepts returns for account credit only. For this purpose “we must receive the merchandise within 15 days from the date it was received by you” Let us know if the dates has to be revised. Once the product is returned, amount will be fixed to the customer store account within 1 week.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.

NOTE: Kindly be advised that returns are made by only under the strictest of all exceptions.
